My Little Ballerina

It's that time of year again...Dance Recitals!! Last night we had pictures taken and here are a few. Heather is on the right and her good friend Taylor is on the left. Taylor is 14 days older than Heather and they have been "friends" since they were 3 months old! The theme this year is "Colors" and the girls (along with the rest of their class) will be doing a tap dance to "We're in the Money" and a ballet dance to "Ice Cream Man."

Dance Recital

Last night was the first of two dance recitals for Heather. Her small class of three did two dances. One to Jellical Ball-ballet (From CATS) and the other to Bushel & a Peck -Tap (from Guys & Dolls).

Dance rehersal!

My little Heather (4) had rehersal for her dance recital tonight. There are 5 of them in her class and they are dancing to Bippity-Boopity-Boo from Cinderella!

Monday, Monday.....

Yuck! I did not want to get out of bed this morning!! I have waaaaay too much to do. First my dd4 has dance class and then we are off to the orthodontist!! My little one has a crossbite and they want to install an "appliance" to fix it. Poor thing! I had a lot of ortodontic work when I was a kiddo....but I was much older than 4!!! How do I explain it all to her?? At least she is not afraid of the dentist.....YET! So off we go today to get a second opinion and to compare prices. We don't have any type of insurance, so we are hoping for the best!
