Pattern (scarf is worked in two parts both starting at the beginning chain)
With MC, ch 18

Row 1: sc in second ch from hook and each ch across (17sc)

Row 2: ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout pattern). Sk 2 sts, {[2dc, ch1, 2dc] in next st, sk 4 sts} 2 times. [2dc, ch1, 2dc] in next st. sk 2 sts, dc in last st. (3 fan sets)

Row 3: ch3, turn. (2dc, ch1, 2dc) in each ch-1 sp. Dc in turning ch.

Row 4-30: repeat row 3.

Row 31: change to CC1. ch3, turn. (2dc, ch1, 2dc) in each ch-1 sp. Dc in turning ch.

Row 32-35: repeat row 3. Finish off at end of row 35.

With RS facing, join MC yarn with a sl st to first unused loop of beginning ch. Sc in same st and each st across. (17sc). Repeat rows 2-35 for second side of scarf. Do not finish off at end of row 35.
Row 36: Scarf Trim. ch1, turn. Sc in each dc and 3sc in each ch-1 sp across. Turn 90 degrees and place 2sc in the end of each row. Turn again and sc in each dc and 3sc in each ch-1 sp across. Turn 90 degrees and place 2sc in the end of each row. Finish off and weave in ends.

Fuzzy Ruffle (make 2, one at each end of scarf)
Row 1: With CC2, attach yarn with a sl st to first sc of row 36. Ch3, dc in each st across. (23dc)

Row 2-3: ch3, turn. Dc in each dc across. Finish off an weave in ends at the end of row 3.

NOTE: I find that when working with fuzzy yarns it is easier to place your dc in between the sts of the previous row. Just keep counting to make sure you have the correct number.

This scarf perfectly matches the Sweet Shells Hat from my Beanie Collection set of patterns!

Jennifer,
I love the little Glamour Girl Scarf set. I have attempted to go to your web page to see about the Sweet Shells beanie, but am told your web page has expired and you need to renew. Is there anywhere else I can go to find the Sweet Shells Beanie pattern? I want to make the set for my granddaughter for Christmas and it isn't very far away. Thanks for any help.
