I don't really use stitch markers, but the bag and the hook holder, why not offer it either way - one price for together and one price for separate unless you're going to attach the case to the bag as someone suggested. That's not a bad idea also but if it was ON the bag, I'd prefer it on the inside of the bag which is not as easily accessible to the passerby.
